Our Objective: The intent of the Mad Planter Open Air Market is to support local growers, farmers, artisans
and craftspeople by providing them with a venue to sell their produce and products, while giving the community access to locally
grown fruits, vegetables and products. The atmosphere of the market itself is an eclectic blend of the old-fashioned
and the modern, rich in local creative talent and flavor. Any profit made, the first three seasons, will be used
to promote the Market and the merchants at the Market. The Market is based on principles of community and collaboration, which
is demonstrated by being courteous and respectful to all who attend the market, by helping each other to set up and take down
stands, by appreciating the efforts of the Market Organizers, and by buying from each other.
